Dr. Safyeddin Kharboush, the Chief of the National Council for Youths, confirmed that the legitimate channels are open before the youths for a debate on the constitutional amendments. According to Kharboush, the youths can engage in dialogues in the governorates, youth centers and symposiums to be held for this purpose.
