Responding to President Hosni Mubarak's vision of amending the Constitution, the National Council of Youth will hold 32 seminars in Luxor and Aswan for a several Youth Train Convoys (with a 16-thousand-strong membership).

The first such seminar was held which comprised young workers who were able to freely express their views on the proposed constitutional amendments.

Meanwhile, 100 thousand young men and women will participate in the project "Know Your Country", which proposes to introduce Egyptians to their culture, both in the past and at present.

Another 6 thousand young men and women are expected to take part in seminars of civil education, at which the values of citizenship and equality will be infused. The seminars are organized in cooperation with the German Friedrich Naumann Foundation.
