The secretary general of the national party Safwat al Sherif stated that President Hosni Mubarak is discussing constitutional amendments and problems facing the governorates with parliamentary authorities of the national party.

Al Sherif added that the party prepares to explain these amendments after being initiatively admitted and ratified by the parliament within days.

He furthered to say that the party will have been rehabilitated 2000 cadres and leaders by the end of February in order to explain these amendments and take part in urging people to go to referendum committees to voice their opinions on the constitutional amendments.
