The State Information Service (SIS) made a guide for voters to explain all facilities that would be presented for them during Monday 26/4/2007 referendum.

This comes in the light of President's Mubarak descion to invite voters to participate in the referendum and express their opinion regarding the constitutional amendments approved by People's Assembly(PA) on 19/3/2007and in implementation of media plans approved by Information Minister Anas el-Fiki to raise voters awareness&encourage citizens' on positive participation.

The guide comprises an explanation to the system of balloting and the guarantees approved by the state for the people's interest in this referendum and taking part in acquainting the voters with balloting rules .

The SIS will publish this guide with full details on its Website in languages Arabic,English &French.

Meanwhile, all media oversea beaureau will publish these amendements through its various means to keep all Egyptian citizens abroad posted with all democracy transformation steps that Egypt witnesses in the light of these amendements.

In addition, the SIS press centre for foreign correspondents will provide coverage to this important event as well as all facilities to enable them to cover freely the process of the referendum.

Also the SIS through its various local offices will urge peoplein all governorates to participate in this referendum.
