The proposed constitutional amendments represent a major leap in the constitutional development of Egypt.
The amendments represent the major and most important ones in the current institution since its issuance in 1971.
The amendments represent a new stage of constitutional development in Egypt since 1952 as compared to all constitutions issued during this stage especially with regard to the form of political system and relation among authorities

The amendments represent a modern leap for the Constitution making it more compatible with contemporary changes, whether political or economic variables.
